However, cases of errors may not be excluded for prices and secondary product characteristics and it cannot be ensured that there will be no suspended webpage operation or “human” errors when updating/entering product prices. For the safety and effectiveness of your purchases, we urge you, if you find that a product is available at an unusually low or high price compared to its market value, to contact the Sales Department at +302105765920 or through the contact form available online before you proceed to an order. In general, and in case where there are any pending issues with respect to your order, you will be sent a relevant e-mail. 10. Product Return – Replacement

All purchases are final, however Komonoshop.gr will gladly allow any item to be exchanged within 7 days of receiving the merchandise as long as it has not been used, washed, or damaged in anyway. The exchanged merchandise must be accompanied by original sales receipt and tags attached. Please follow the steps below to go forward with an exchange:

• Within 7 days of receiving the merchandise contact Komonoshop.gr by emailing: info@komonoshop.gr. If your exchange is within the guidelines listed above, we will send you an exchange authorization email.
• Once you have been authorized to make your exchange, you should send back the items you wish to exchange making sure it is post marked within 10 days of receiving the merchandise. Please make sure to include your original receipt and tags attached. We will not accept merchandise sent to us that was not post marked within 10 days of receiving the purchase for European Countries and 15 days for the Rest of the World. Also, the shipping cost of the return will bear the sender.
• Once we receive your return and it has been approved, you will be notified by email. You will receive an additional email with a store credit promo code. The credit includes the cost of the product and tax, but excludes shipping and any clearance customs may arise during the return.
• There is no guarantee we will have your desired exchange piece in the desired color/ size, but you can use the credit promo code to purchase any new style/color/ size you desire that’s in stock and the credit never expires until it’s been fully used.

Please note: If your order is returned back to us because of no collection from the receiver, the receiver will bear the shipping cost of the return and any customs fees may arise.

Komonoshop.gr does not offer refunds. All sale items, are final sale.

11. Order Cancellation

An order may be cancelled in the following cases: Before the order is complete, during the online order placement, you may remove product quantities from your basket by pressing the delete button. If the online order has been completed, but the product has not yet been invoiced/sent, you may call +302105765920 and we shall undertake the cancellation of your order. In case where your order has already been invoiced, but you have not yet received it and you wish it is cancelled, immediately contact us at +302105765920 and give your order details. We shall immediately inform you about all your options. Once part of the order is received and you do not want the remaining order to be sent, call us at +302105765920 or contact us through the online contact form and explain the reason why you wish the remaining order to be cancelled. •  Debit/ Credit card
  Komonoshop.gr cooperates with Alpha Bank for debit/ credit card payment services. Payment using credit cards is an absolutely safe payment method for our clients. Komonoshop.gr shall never become aware of your card or account information. This information shall be transferred by you using encrypted connection to Alpha Bank through the bank’s safe transaction systems. In case where you choose to pay using a credit card, you must be present to receive your order and have your credit card and ID with you. In this case, a third party is not allowed to receive the order. This also applies when you place an order on behalf of a company. In this case, the card must be corporate and it should state the name of the recipient. When placing an order, the purchase agreement shall be concluded once your payment transfer is concluded.
• Bank account transfer
  Komonoshop.gr cooperates with Alpha bank and National bank of Greece. Bank transfer is an absolutely safe payment method. Our clients, will receive our bank account details and more information for the transaction via email, after their order checkout.
• PayPal
  Komonoshop.gr works with PayPal as well. PayPal payment is an absolutely safe payment method for our clients. Komonoshop.gr shall never become aware of your account information. To pay your order, you shall be redirected to the PayPal webpage without any contact in any case with data and details of your account. In case where you choose to pay using PayPal, you must be present to receive your order and have your ID with you. In this case, a third party is not allowed to receive the order. You will receive a confirmation email from us when your order is processed. This will include a tracking number so you can track your order. Make sure someone is home to sign the delivery otherwise they will not leave the package. This is done for security reasons. We want to be sure your order reaches you and only you. If you haven’t received your order after 10 days please send us an email, with your order number, at info@komonoshop.gr and we’ll do our best to locate the problem. However, Komonoshop.gr does not refund the shipping costs.
